SHIPPING & HANDLING

Standard Service

All orders are shipped within the next 1-2 business days after you place your order. We do not ship items on weekends or holidays.  

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If your package cannot be delivered because of a wrong address, or because you refuse the package, the carrier will return the package to JOSS+LYN.

If packages are returned for any reason we will notify you, however we will not refund your shipping fee, if we agree upon refund.  This is to cover the costs of shipping the items back to our warehouse and restocking fee for the returned items.

Orders are shipped to the address provided, JOSS+LYN is not responsible for delays caused by the US Postal service or UPS, and on any orders that is stolen or damaged packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.  If you'd like to add insurance or signature confirmation on your package please email us at hello@josslynshop.com.

Shipping fees do not include international duties and customs charges, though sales tax will be exempt.  It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
